Our flat rate on USPS Express mail is $35.00 to the surrounding 48 states**. All orders, we strongly recommend to use Overnight Express Mail but ground or priority is also available at your request. You must take all responsibility that occurs by ground or priority mail. All Express mailing comes with our “Live on Arrival” guarantee. However, if the package was delayed in any way we cannot be responsible for your lost.

Priority Shipping is $12.00 (2-5 Days) No Guarantee on Live Arrival. This option is not avaliable during winter season!

Heat Packs are avaliable during the Winter season for $2.50 additional.

1. If your fish were to perish within 24 hours of arrival, you would be eligible for a 100% fish in store credit only.
2. Any claim of DOA, you would need to supply us the following:
 - an image or video clip of the dead fish in the sealed bag it was sent in, by e-mail.
3. No refund on shipping costs or charges or insurance, if any.
4. No claim shall be made if DOA was due to delay, for whatever reason or reasons, of the shipping couriers or the shipping company.
